The machine is the basic model in the TOBACCO series. The material is moved towards the blade, which cuts the insert to the proper size. The blades work on a rotating shaft, each blade has two cutting edges. The conveyor belt can work in the direction: forward – backward. It makes machine cleaning easier and minimizes product losses during operation. The cutting range of the machine is from 0.1 to 1.5 mm. The device comes with 3 steel blades in standard. To increase cutting performance it is possible to mount additional 3 blades. Easy to use, no specialized training is required.
